All applicants must meet the licensing requirements per Tribal and State compact, pass criminal background check, and submit to drug testing.  Application intake is held in Cass Lake at 6279 Lower Cass Frontage Road NW (next to O’Riley’s Auto Parts) at 8:30 a.m. OR 10:30 a.m. on the first and third Friday of each month.   The three (3) forms of ID required for processing your application are a Social Security card, a Birth Certificate, and a valid photo ID.
